What you can do if you experience audio or video problems:
  • Refresh the page with the button below.
  • Check whether sound is enabled on your device.
  • Try clicking ‘Use different video player’ (sometimes available, under the video).
  • Try a lower video quality (lower bar of the player) if available.
  • Use another browser, Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop is our preferred one.
  • Use another device or if possible internet connection (such as a mobile one).

Do note that if you see that the webinar has not yet started or the ‘A moment please’ message that the webinar has not yet started.
